In-Home ServicesFor a frail, home-bound senior living alone, our in-home services can help maintain independence for longer by providing essential services the senior may find difficult to achieve alone. These services include Home-Delivered Meals, Homemaker Services and Lifeline Medical Alert System.

Transportation
The York County Council on Aging offers a variety of transportation options to qualified private-pay clients and meal program recipients throughout York County. Our Essential Service provides transportation for trips to the doctor, grocery store, pharmacy or other medical destinations. Our Ride to Work Service transports Rock Hill citizens to and from work destinations within the city limits.

HousingSubsidized housing for senior citizens is available at White Oaks Apartments in York, at Green Street Plaza in Rock Hill, and at the Courtyard at Highland Park in Rock Hill. We'll meet with seniors and/or their families to discuss options and determine the right place for each client.
