The York County Council on Aging operates 3 senior centers in Chester County:  Chester, Edgemoor and Great Falls. These centers provide critically needed socialization for area seniors, minimizing isolation and fostering friendships and healthy habits.

 

We provide a hot, nutritious lunch prepared from scratch in our commercial kitchen in Rock Hill. All meals are designed with a certified nutritionist, and are both delicious and healthy!
